Fry in hot oil in skillet until heated through to 165⁰F internal, about 3 min per side.
Bake on a lined baking sheet in 350⁰F oven until mushrooms are soft, filling is heated through and browning.
Heat latkes at 375° on wire racks on a sheet pan for 10 minutes until warmed throughout and crispy. Serve sauce chilled on the side.
Remove lid, bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
