Pumpkin turkey enchiladas made with butternut squash, shredded turkey, pepper jack cheese, and red enchilada sauce. Served with cilantro lime rice and seasoned black beans on the side.

Heating Instructions: Remove lids of enchiladas, rice and beans and cover with foil. Heat in 350°F oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature reached 165°F. Serve limes wedges on the side.
