On a bed of cauliflower rice, feta, kalamata olives, artichoke, fresh herbs, tomatoes, cucumber, radish and avocado. Served with a side of pita bread and garlic tahini to drizzle on top.

Ingredients: Cauliflower Rice, Feta, Kalamata Olives, Fresh Herbs, Artichoke Hearts, Tomatoes, Feta, Cucumber, Radish, Avocado, Pita, Plant Bomb Garlic Tahini
Heating Instructions: Covered bake rice at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until heated through. Top heated rice with cucumber, radish, and avocado. Serve sauce and pita on side.
