Ingredients: Caribbean Sliced Tri Tip, Sweet and Spicy Jerk Plantains, Cilantro Lime Rice

Heating Instructions: Remove lids. Covered with foil, bake plantains and rice in a 350F oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. During final 10 minutes of cooking, bake tri tip. Garnish with limes.
