Zesty chipotle lime pork in corn tortillas with shredded pepper jack and served with consommé for dipping. Paired with bright cilantro lime rice and fresh lime wedges.

Ingredients: Pork Birria Tacos, Consommé, Pepper Jack Cheese, Cilantro Lime Rice, Limes

Heating Instructions: Covered with foil bake rice and tacos at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until tacos are heated through. Sprinkle cheese onto each taco. Covered heat consume in microwave for 2 minutes. Serve sauce on side. Garnish with lime wedges.
