Ingredients: Rock Crab, Gluten Free Panko, Masa Harina, Creole Spice Blend, Sea Salt, Mayonnaise, Water, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Garlic, Cultured Dextrose, Citric Acid.
Cooking Instructions: Pan sear in non stick skillet with safflower oil over medium heat 4 mins per side or until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165F
