MoC Bone In Half Ham
4 – 6 lb – Uncured, fully cooked half ham from humanely raised, vegetarian fed heritage pork. 12 oz. per serving.
Ingredients: Pork, Water Sugar, Salt, Sodium Phosphate, Curing Salt, Sodium Erythorbate
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees, tent Ham with foil in a roasting pan, and heat Ham for 10-15 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes
