Potato Latkes w/ Apple Chutney
Crispy golden latkes paired with sweet-tangy apple chutney for a perfect balance of crunch, warmth, and fruity spice. 1lb. Serves 2-4

Ingredients: Latkes (Hashbrowns, Yellow Onion, Instant Dry Mashed Potatoes, Thyme, Black Pepper), Apple Chutney (Fuji Apples, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Cayenne Pepper)
Cooking Instructions: Place latkes in oven safe container. Heat in 400°F oven for 20-30 minutes. Flip latkes halfway through to ensure both sides get warm and crispy. Alternately, pan fry latkes in half inch hot oil, 1-2 minutes per side until hot and crispy. Serve Apple Chutney chilled or room temperature.
