Young carrots roasted until tender and tossed with our flavorful pesto. 1.5 lbs. Serves 3-4.
Ingredients: Young Carrots, Basil Pesto, Safflower/Olive Oil Blend, Salt, Pepper.
Allergens: Milk
Cooking Instructions: Remove lid, bake in a 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
