Passover Meal Package for Four
Our Chef Created Passover Meal Package includes Apple Cider Braised Brisket, Matzo Ball Soup, Potato Latkes with Apple Chutney, and Roasted Carrots with Hazelnut Gremolata. Serves 4.
Ingredients: Apple Cider Braised Brisket 3lb, Matzo Ball Soup 2 each 24oz, Potato Latkes 2lb, Apple Chutney 12oz, Roasted Carrots with Hazelnut Gremolata 1.5lb.
Allergens: Tree Nuts, Soy, Wheat, Egg, Hazelnuts
Cooking Instructions: Apple Cider Braised Brisket- Brisket comes packaged in oven safe pan with lid. Place the brisket in packaging in 325°F oven for 30-45 minutes until heated through. Alternately, slice desired amount and heat as needed. This brisket can also be eaten cold and makes a great sandwich for leftovers. Potato Latkes- Latkes come packaged in oven safe pan with lid. Remove lid, place latkes in pan in 400°F oven for 20-30 minutes. Flip latkes halfway through to ensure both sides get warm and crispy. Alternately, pan fry latkes in half inch hot oil, 1-2 minutes per side until hot and crispy. Apple Chutney- Serve chilled or room temperature alongside latkes. Roasted Carrots with Hazelnut Gremolata- Remove lid. Heat in 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through. Matzo Ball Soup- Stovetop: Place soup in saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through. Microwave: Place soup in microwave safe dish and heat 1-2 minutes, stopping to stir frequently to ensure even heating. Time is dependent on microwave capabilities.
