Market Bakery Yule Log

11-inch – Our scratch-made vanilla sponge cake with chocolate cream cheese filling hand-rolled into a roulade and decorated to resemble a log found in the forest. This tradition began in France in the 19th century when burning the Yule Log was banned. Industrious bakers made these to celebrate the tradition in secret. Ours is decorated with hand-made meringue mushrooms.
