Gluten-Free Crab Cakes
(Raw - requires cooking at home)
3 oz – Our crab cakes are made with Rock Crab Meat and gluten free panko crumbs. Serves 1
Allergens: Egg, Shellfish, Soy
Ingredients: Rock Crab, Gluten Free Panko, Masa Harina, Creole Spice Blend, Sea Salt, Mayonnaise, Water, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Garlic, Cultured Dextrose, Citric Acid.
Heating Instructions: Pan sear in nonstick skillet with 1 T neutral oil (safflower, etc.) over medium heat 4 min. per side until golden and 165F internal temp is reached. Alternate method, bake in 350F oven on oiled baking sheet for 12-14 min. turning cakes over half way through, to 165F internal temp.
