Chef’s Holiday Ham Meal for Two
A meal perfectly portioned for two. This meal includes sliced Carlton Glazed Ham, Sausage and Sage Stuffing, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Turkey Gravy and Cranberry Orange Relish. Serves 2

Ingredients: Carlton Glazed Sliced Ham, Sausage & Sage Stuffing, Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes, Turkey Gravy, Cranberry Orange Relish.
Heating Instructions: Heat ham at 325⁰F in pan covered with parchment and foil for 30 min. Uncover, baste with pan juices & continue heating ~20 min more until internal temperature reaches 165°F. For sides: Remove lid, in a 350°F oven bake in foil containers covered 30-40 minutes or until heated through. Serve cranberry relish chilled or room temperature.
