Our reservations site is open for the fall holiday beginning on November 4, and closes on November 24. After a short break, it will reopen on December 1, and close on December 28. Some items will be unavailable for order starting on December 21, while others will be available throughout the winter holidays. The site will return to our regular catering menu starting December 29.

We do not currently offer a delivery service for holiday meal reservations. However, we do provide a stream-lined pick up process that is easy and convenient for our customers.

Thanksgiving pick up begins on November 24 for orders placed before November 21. Last day for pick up is November 28, Thanksgiving day. Please be aware that stores close at 3 PM on Thanksgiving Day.

Whether you’re celebrating Christmas, Hanukah or another delightful winter holiday, you can pick up your pre-made feast beginning December 21, for orders placed before December 18. Last day for pick up is December 31. Happy Holidays!

We offer a range of both pre-cooked and ready-to-cook items on our holiday menu. All items are refrigerated, so they will be cold when you pick them up. Simply cook, or reheat and welcome in the wow!

We include cooking and reheating instructions on the top navigation menu on our catering site, or by following this link. Proper reheating highlights the flavors and aromas.

Mistakes do happen, but we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you find that part of your holiday meal order is missing, please contact the store you picked up your order from as soon as possible so they can make it right. Find your local Market of Choice phone number. Please be advised that our stores close at 3 PM on Thanksgiving Day.

Many of the turkeys we sell are not fully frozen, but in a state of deep chill. This means they come with an outer layer of ice over them to keep the meat fresh. If you choose a deep chill turkey, simply place it in your fridge for 1-2 days to allow the ice layer to melt. It will then be in a soft state and ready for cooking. If you get your turkey the day of Thanksgiving, briefly run it under cold water to accelerate the melting process.

If thawing your bird from a fully frozen state in the fridge, plan for 1 day for every 4 lbs. of meat. It is safe to keep your bird in the fridge another 1-2 days after it is completely thawed.

If you are short on time, you can thaw your turkey by submerging it in cold water. Plan for 30 minutes per lb. be sure your turkey is in a leak-proof, sealed plastic bag to avoid waterlogging your bird. Change the water every 30 minutes. Cook immediately after it’s thawed.

Everyone loves Thanksgiving leftovers! Leftover turkey generally lasts for 3-4 days in the fridge or for 3-6 months in the freezer.

Leftover turkey is great for making sandwiches on a Bakery fresh roll or for making hearty winter stews, chili, or freezing for later use. We provide extended hours around the holidays to accommodate our customers, and shorter days on holidays to ensure that everyone, including our valued employees, have a happy and enjoyable holiday with loved ones. Our holiday schedule is as follows:

  • Wednesday, November 27: extended store hours 7am-11pm
  • Thursday, November 28: closed early 7am-3pm
  • Monday, December 23: extended hours 7am-11pm
  • Tuesday, December 24: closed early 7am-7pm
  • Wednesday, December 25: closed
