Chinese Celebration Meal

Heat pork, vegetable fried rice, and eggplant at 325° in pan covered with parchment and foil for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to heat until warmed throughout.

Heat rangoons in uncovered pan in 350° oven for 10-15 minutes or until warmed throughout.

Serve fortune cookies at room temperature.
