Scalloped Potatoes
Luxurious layers of velvety potatoes in our house made alfredo with garlic, pepper, a touch of nutmeg and plenty of cheese. 2 lb portion serves 4-6
Ingredients: Russet Potatoes, Heavy Cream, Whole Milk, Parmesan Cheese, Butter, Chablis Wine, White Pepper, Black Pepper, Nutmeg.
Allergens: Milk
Cooking Instructions: Remove plastic lid and replace with foil cover. Heat in 350°F oven for 20-30 minutes. Remove foil and broil for 2-3 minutes until hot, bubbly and lightly browned on top.
