Potato Latkes with Apple Chutney
Tasty potato cakes that are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, served with a side of apple chutney. Serves 2 – 4
Allergens: Egg
Ingredients: Potato Latkes (potato hash browns, yellow onion, instant dry mashed potato, thyme, pepper), Apple Chutney (apple, sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, pepper).
Heating Instructions: Remove lid and sauce. Heat in 375° oven for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until hot and crispy. Serve sauce on the side chilled or room temperature.
