Pork Porchetta Roast
(Raw - requires cooking at home)

3 – 4 lb – Skin-on stuffed pork belly that is filled with a garlic and herb rub, then rolled into a pinwheel and tied.
Ingredients: Pork, Garlic, Herbs.
Heating Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°. Place Porchetta on a rack covered in parchment paper. Cook for 20 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 300° and cook until internal temperature reaches 140°. Cooking time will vary based on size of roast, approximately 60-90 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
