Ingredients: Beef Tri Tip, Oregon Pinot Noir Wine, Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, White Wine, Sugar, Parsley, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice, Worcestershire Sauce (Gluten Free), Garlic, Salt.
Heating Instructions: Heat tri tip at 325°F in pan covered with parchment and foil for 20 min. Uncover, baste with pan juices & continue heating approx. 10 min more or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
