3 oz – Our crab cakes are made with Blue Crab Meat. Great for Crab Cake Benedicts or as an appetizer served with your favorite Cocktail Sauce. SOLD INDIVIDUALLY. Serving size: 1

Allergens: Egg, Shellfish, Soy, Wheat

Ingredients: Blue Crab, Veganaise, Panko Bread Crumbs, Green Onion, Organic Egg Whites, Corn Starch, Celery Salt, Spices, Paprika, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice Concentrate.

Heating Instructions: Pan sear in nonstick skillet with 1 T neutral oil (safflower, etc.) over medium heat 4 min. per side until golden and 165F internal temp is reached. Alternate method, bake in 350F oven on oiled baking sheet for 12-14 min. turning cakes over half way through, to 165F internal temp.
