Made with blue crab meat, our crab cakes are great for making crab cake Benedict, or serving with your favorite cocktail sauce. 1 ea. per serving

Ingredients: Blue Crab, Vegenaise, Panko Bread Crumbs, Green Onion, Organic Egg Whites, Corn Starch, Celery Salt, Spices, Paprika, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice Concentrate.
Cooking Instructions: Pan sear in non stick skillet with safflower oil over medium heat 4 mins per side or until golden brown and internal temp reaches 165F
