8-20 lb – Free-range turkey that is antibiotic-free, Non-GMO and sustainably raised. Consider 8-10 oz per person. Frozen and raw and will require thawing before cooking at home.
Cooking instructions: Bake at 325ºF for 20 min per pound, basting with butter. Using a meat thermometer, insert into the thickest part of the thigh without touching the bone. Turkey is done when the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
