Regeneratively raised Royal Ranch beef flank stuffed with a delicious mixture of basil pesto, spinach, roasted Divina tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese, then rolled into a pinwheel. Simply bake in oven. Serving size: 8 – 10 oz

Ingredients: Pesto, Spinach, Roasted Divina Tomatoes and M ozzarella Cheese.
Heating Instructions: Sear the steak in a pan, then transfer to a preheated oven (375-400°F) and bake until the internal temperature reaches 130-135°F (or your preferred temperature).
